Summary: The Child Mind Institute seeks a skilled and motivated Behavioral Technician to join our clinical team and work directly with our patients and families in our Learning and Development Center's College Success Program. The Behavioral Technician receives exceptional training in executive functioning and organizational skills interventions, as well as problem-solving methods with college-aged students. Our Behavioral Technician works one-on-one with patients, via Skype/FaceTime/Teams/Zoom, providing bi-weekly support to help students organize their time, manage their workload, make effective decisions, limit procrastination, and solve problems as they arise. In addition to direct patient care, the Behavioral Technician is expected to maintain regular clinical notes, assist in data gathering, write progress notes to students' parents, and attend all supervision meetings and workshops.
