About the role

Stepping into the role of Production Planner at Reckitt, you become a vital cog in the smooth running of our business operations. Your expertise will shine through as you navigate the waves of demand forecasting, purchasing, and inter-departmental coordination. You're not just planning; you're ensuring that every product we make has its purpose and place. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather relevant info for 5 years visibility of demand, market evolvement, category growth, innovation map with Category Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Review and verify long term plan for relevant sites considering commercial building blocks.
  • Analyse capacity with all detailed input (OEE, run rate, factory and maintenance calendars).
  • Provide visibility on resources/factories with capacity and supply risk and escalate long term supply challenges to all stakeholders and find solutions collaboratively.
  • Prepare deck for supply and SLT reviews to highlight volume, capacity, opportunities and risks.
  • Review recommendations on CAPEX investments with planning, supply services and manufacturing leadership.
  • Complete analysis for BCP recommendations for relevant technology with copack and/or other factories
  • Ensuring that the long-term supply plan effectively meets supply services volume requirements for excellent customer service.
The experience we're looking for
  • Supply chain planning experience with 2 - 5 year experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of planning processes & systems and Microsoft office / Power BI tools.
  • Able to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to evaluate and resolve long term supply issues by coordinating potential action plans through x-functions.
  • Clear understanding of Demand and Supply Planning end to end.
  • Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines.
