Job Description
Regional Property Manager II
The Regional Property Manager II is responsible for all aspects of fiduciary asset management and oversight of a real estate portfolio within an assigned geographical area. The properties may include residential, commercial, agricultural, timber or other.

Position Competencies
Successful candidates have strong decision making, negotiating, risk management and customer service skills, as well as the desire to actively participate in the business development process. Preferred skill/experience includes knowledge of fiduciary principals.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Preserve and enhance real estate assets through prudent real estate asset and property management. Identify, mitigate and escalate risks.
  • Collaborate to resolve issues within the real estate portfolio with trust officers, co-fiduciaries, clients and their professional advisors.
  • Direct management and/or oversight of third-party management of commercial and residential income properties.
  • Prepare annual property reviews, coordinate triennial valuations and perform or coordinate annual property inspections.
  • Sell and acquire real estate assets directly or utilizing services of outside brokers; negotiate listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases and other agreements.
  • Participate in the business development process through direct client calls and presentations, promoting Trust Real Estate products and services.
  • Maintain productive relationships with centers of influence and real estate communities.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, General Business, Management, or Real Estate from an accredited university and 8 years of experience in real estate asset management
  • CCIM / CPM or other professional real estate designation is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
