How you'll make an impact:

The Business Operations and Planning team seeks a highly motivated Senior Manager, Revenue Systems & Tools to optimize Salesforce systems and all associated first- and third-party tools supporting our diversified advertising division. In this role, you will drive operational excellence and efficiency within our organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective revenue-driving solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Drive operational efficiencies by partnering with multiple cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) Enterprise Systems, Advertising Technology, Finance, Sales, and Sales Analytics team to modernize our entire Salesforce ecosystem
  • Project manage and lead design of the next generation SiriusXM Salesforce instance supporting all aspects of advertising including both upstream inputs and downstream dependencies
  • Catalog current tools and build a medium- and long-term cost allocation strategy that supports the dynamic needs of a large-scale advertising department
  • Project manage and stack rank opportunities for incremental improvements and additional capital investment
  • Develop and optimize processes within Salesforce to streamline each step in the leadbilling cycle as well as sales forecasting / analysis
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features
  • Act as Business Operations' SME for the future of sales tools; stay one step ahead for what is coming next and proactively incorporate into ongoing roadmap development
  • Partner with Business Operations and Sales Analytics to generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trends; create dynamic environment of continuous improvement
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with company standards

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or similar roles, preferably in the media or advertising industry
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce with a focus on transformation / modernization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration, including user management, customization, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes in a matrixed organization
  • Strategic thinker able to translate business objectives into effective strategies
  • Salesforce Administration: Proficiency in administering Salesforce CRM, including user management, customization, and configuration
  • Salesforce Customization: Experience in customizing Salesforce to meet specific business requirements
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data management principles within Salesforce
  • Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems and tools
  • Reporting and Analytics: Proficient in generating and analyzing reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • CRM Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices in CRM administration
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $118,200 to $142,050 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
