Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products - from start to finish. Whether it's consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone-comemake with us!

We're looking for an experienced and Enterprise-focused Product Manager to lead the Identity & Access Management team. As teams scale in size and in their use of Figma, identity & access management becomes an important cornerstone for admins. Crafting secure and reliable workflows to manage users is pivotal to ensuring companies are able to optimally use Figma at scale.

The IAM team is part of the Teamwork pillar at Figma. Our mission is to help teams, big and small, build and collaborate effectively. As the IAM PM, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners and our Enterprise customers to develop and implement a vision and strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring that Figma's identity offerings maintain industry standards and are scalable with our Enterprise customers needs. You will also have a chance to be part of a fast-growing company that is with an appetite for innovation and an exceptionally talented PM team to learn from and partner with!

What you'll do at Figma:
  • Be a subject matter expert for Identity at Figma; collaborating closely with other EPD teams at Figma
  • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales as the Figma suite grows
  • Establish relationships with Figma's largest enterprise customers to identify and validate key opportunities
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap
  • Driving planning and prioritization, defining and supervising key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • A deep understanding of IAM principles, including authentication methods, authorization mechanisms, identity lifecycle management, and security best practices
  • Previous IAM experience working with large Enterprise customers
  • Led large sophisticated, user-facing product launches
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
  • You have deep user empathy and the ability to establish relationships with key customers
  • You're comfortable working on both technical platforms and user-facing features
  • You're an excellent verbal and written communicator. You're able to zoom in and out thoughtfully based on the audience. You can rally and empower a team behind a bold vision
  • Have an affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
