Job Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the management of the full lifecycle recruiting experience to attract, select and hire quality talent for the organization, including: recruitment and talent processes, recruitment technology, employment branding, recruitment and sourcing strategies, and compliance management. The Corporate Recruiter acts as a direct recruiter for all corporate roles in the US and assists with talent acquisition on a global basis.

Responsibilities:

Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant and business advocate to hiring managers during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop, design, implement and execute effective recruiting strategies to support company growth
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process to ensure a superior candidate experience
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR business partners for talent acquisition activities, including prioritization, assignment, and management of open positions
  • Generate robust candidate pipeline through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach and sourcing strategies including networking, social media, research, job boards, LinkedIn, and college/university campus partnerships
  • Manage 3rd party talent acquisition relationships and ensures strategic utilization of these resources
  • Build and implement an efficient, scalable recruiting process for the global organization through various projects around candidate experience and employment branding
  • Support and ensure best practices for requisition intake and candidate workflow
  • Maintains talent acquisition data to ensure accuracy and integrity of information
  • Own management and utilization of recruitment technology, including the Applicant Tracking System
  • Understand and promote our employment brand; leverage the brand in all aspects of talent acquisition
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and maintain budget for talent acquisition activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field required

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including a proven track record in
  • sourcing and engagement of passive candidates
  • Previous experience within recruitment is essential, ideally from a respected
  • recruitment agency, a period of inhouse experience is also ideal
  • Extensive experience in direct sourcing methods across a variety of channels
  • including job boards, social media, and headhunting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent IT Skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus knowledge of
  • recruitment software and HR Information Systems, full knowledge of social media as a recruitment tool
  • Relevant recruitment employment law knowledge
  • Able to work in an environment where the need to maintain confidentiality is of paramount importance
  • Persistent, positive, and proactive attitude, keen sense, and ability to identify what needs to be done, prioritize and tackle energetically and tenaciously
  • Advanced interviewing skills to determine candidates' suitability for a variety of roles across the business, behavioral based interviewing training preferred
  • Strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions throughout the organization
  • Organized, methodical and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assignments at once
